Closed Circuit TV for monitoring you property, use a computerised hard drive to record and works day and night.
We come to you at your home/premises and have a fully equiped van.

"Alan called to discuss an upgrade and later supplied a high spec laptop and improved our networked system. He made use of our present set up and did not push the sale of other technical equipment. In setting up the new system he rectified other problems and has given us a very workable office suite. He was curtious through out and appreciative of a cuppa. The price charged includes a back up service with online help which might be vital with deadlines to meet.
He also checked our home security system and ensured that it was working effectively.
He made sure I was able to handle the new set up before he left. A very satisfactory mornings work."

"Alan comes quickly and is friendly and does not have to keep going back to the van to fetch things!
He understands phone lines and started with sorting out a dodgy BT problem and improving speed (a miracle in its own right) before making repairs on 3 linked machines. We have since bought a super laptop from him. I don't know if he is a good teacher but he says he makes the students do everything themselves. We might see if he can explain spreadsheets to us soon."

"Quick, efficient, and totally reliable.
ALOCKE.COM do a swift, clean job of whatever it is you need, in our case it was a new alarm system, a new outside light, for security, and PC advice.
The young men are lovely and only content when everything the customer wants done, is done.

"I have had an alarm system and three computers from this firm over a few years, I still use them all. I have a cat and the alarm system as promised has not been set off by the cat. The computers are all still fulfilling the needs I have and none have gone wrong. Whilst the price is not the cheapest, I consider it value for money. Great service and support."

"We have used this business three times. Troubleshooting, wireless broadband installation and to supply /install backup system.
Pricing has been fair, not the cheapest product but everything installed has been fully reliable and Alan has ensured that everything is working and that we are conversant with the system before presenting the bill.
To his credit he tried to trace a fault on an old laptop and confirmed it was economic to repiar without charge.
I have no hesitation in recommending him or using him again myself"

"As a retired pensioner I attended a course to learn the basics of how to use compuuters..When completed and having reached my eighties I still needed help and guidance to put a new Laptop to use.
Alan Locke and his expertise was the solution.He came to my home and having quickley appreciated my situation set up my computer and extended my IT Education up many grades in a sympathetic and friendly way that others might have said was my stupidity.When more recently my laptop has failed to behave I have telephoned an SOS to his mobile for help and he has again solved my problem either verbally or by a home visit within 24 Hours or less and thus become a friend and an advisor.
However when working he does rely on a mug of Earl Grey Tea and 2 spoons of sugar as an incentive so be prepared !
Good luck too to his son SAM who now works with him and learning the job."

"Recommended by two friends, I rang Alan when I was experiencing difficulties with my computer. that no amount of time spent on the help-line (now there's a mis-nomer)! could resolve He quickly identified the problem and remedied it. He then did a computer health-check, and sortedout a number of long-term difficulties that I had been having. i have recommended him to two friends who were highly satisfied with his work. Don't mess about - save your time and temper - ring Alan for expert service and advice. He is prompt, efficient and a very nice person as well!"

"We used Alan to install a new house alarm which he did quickly and without any complications. We haven't had a false alarm since, which he said we wouldn't, and it's very simple to use. Whilst installing the alarm we also asked him about a couple of PC queries and he ended up getting us a new laptop. The service was brilliant - He took the old hard drive away, transferred all the data and brought the new one back within days. The few teething problems that we had initially were sorted out really quickly. A really professional service with a very personal touch."

"A small family company who provide excellent computer and alarm services. Nothing is too much trouble - they have great patience with everyone and are willing to spend as long as necessary to make sure you are happy with the product/service. They will not blind you with science nor sell you something you do not want. They are extremely friendly and good for a laugh. They have provided me with computer and security lighting and I have been more than satisfied with both quality of service and prices. "Alan was recommended to us by an older friend. He called to our home, discussed our computer needs and subsequently supplied our new computer. When a problem later arose he called promptly, as arranged, and corrected the problem quickly. He is totally trustworthy, and always pleasant and polite. I can honestly say that custumers need have no qualms about him and that he will always be available to assist with any queries and will work with the customer to make sure that their computer needs are met to the customer's satisfaction."
