Is it better to give than to receive?
Well, with the Age Concern Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Charity Shop you can do BOTH!
We all love Christmas - tons of food, booze, and best of all, presents! But where will you have room for all of this new stuff? When you get that new coat/handbag/bike/computer console, what do you do with your old one?
Donate it to the ACNN shop of course!
Not only will you be doing your bit for recycling and making more space at home, but you will also be helping ACNN to generate money that will go towards enhancing the lives of older people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
Slimmers may also find that when losing weight they start to need their clothes in a smaller fit than before. Again, you can donate all your old clothes that are now too big to ACNN shops, either individually or together as part of a slimming group.
The pounds you lose can help ACNN get more pennies!
However, you can do it the other way too. You can walk into our shop and lose pounds. But not as many as you might elsewhere! For those of you who are still looking for more stuff, check out the bargains to be had in our shop. Quality items at charity prices are there for the finding.
