"Initially very good at design stage. However, fitting of kitchen was subcontracted and James from Cucina Kitchens was rarely seen. This meant that the kitchen took longer than a week to install as quoted. We also had a skip on our driveway for nearly 3 weeks despite constant reminders to Cucina. The kitchen was finished to a reasonable standard.
At the sales stage we were promised a guarantee with the Kitchen had to keep chasing for this for some months as it was not forthcoming.
A few months later one of the poorly installed waste pipes behind the wall came away flooding our kitchen floor. Cucina ignored phone calls and e-mails asking for help so we had to use an external come to fix the pipework at extra cost. On removing the plinth below the cupboards various rubbish had been left under the units.
Certainly would not recommend the company to anyone."
